A 4 year old girl stepped on broken glass in the parking lot of Stephenson Mills. Even after two weeks the landlord still wouldnt clean up the glass.
With almost no warning, the landlord shut down the parking lot for almost 2 months. They made us park far away from the building and my car was broken into multiple times.
When I moved in the managers didnt give me any information about which companies were providing internet, power, etc. I just randomly got bills with surprise fines for not transferring
After a number of my packages were stolen by people from within the building, I asked the landlord to install a security camera or to fix the broken one thats already there. They wont even answer my emails.
The buzzer system has been down for weeks but we were never notified. That means that when I have a guest, I have to walk to the front door and let them in. Also, if a resident gets locked out (forgot or looses key fob while out) there is no way to simply buzz another resident to be let back in. Major inconvenience and the fact that it wasnt communicated with us makes it 10x worse.
